Thematic Exploration

During the fall quarter of Image & Sequence we did a project working thematically with triptychs.

These pieces were mainly made with pastel and ink.

Theme: My boyfriend and how he makes me feel.

Raspberry shake from our first date.

He gives me butterflies in my belly.

We met at opening night of my one act plays where I was dressed in a nurse's outfit from a porn store.

Theme: My obsession with Bleach.

Me as a soul reaper.

The depth of my obsession.

My rendition of Renji's Zempato.

Theme: My father and his impact on my life.

My dad wasn't around as much and that really affected my childhood.

Because of his job he traveled a lot so most of my time spent with him not at home was spent at hotels.

My father is big and scary like a bear but wouldn't hurt a fly.
